Fully Managed

14.6% of rent including VAT.

 

This service includes:

  • Collect and remit initial months’ rent received.
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions.
  • Deduct commission and other works
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
  • Undertake two inspection visits per annum and notify landlord of the outcome
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
  • Referencing of prospective tenants and guarantors
  • Comprehensive tenancy agreements
  • Registration of deposit with Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Tenant check in and check out service
  • Maintenance service
