This also ensures an extensive applicant database which we match to our properties on a regular basis. In addition to our own internet marketing we subscribe to various widely known property portals. There is a trend by some agents towards internet marketing alone. However, tempting as it is to rely on that alone we believe the expense of maintaining a prominent high street presence is extremely important in order to present our properties to the widest possible audience. Parrys find that whilst many applicants may begin their search on line they then prefer to make contact with a real person by visiting a real office.
